Over the past three decades, my professional journey has taken me across the globe, from the bustling financial districts of London and New York to the vibrant legal halls of Madrid. As a former associate at Baker & McKenzie, one of the world’s most prestigious law firms, I honed my expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as Corporate Governmental Mergers and Joint-Venture Advisory.

My academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and further intensive studies at Columbia University. This educational background, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors, particularly in the Anglo-Saxon legal system.

In Spain, I have cemented my reputation as a pillar of tax law, expanding my expertise to include commercial and criminal law with a focus on serving both national and international corporations. My work extends beyond the courtroom and boardroom as I actively contribute to national media and prestigious legal publications such as Aranzadi and Legal Today. As an editor and author, I strive to shape the discourse on current legal issues and trends.
